This policy explains how Montréal Auctions (montrealauctions.com) handles personal information under Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25 (Commission d’accès à l’information – main changes).

What we collect

This site does not collect any personal information at this time.

• No cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels.
• No forms, accounts or newsletter.
• No third-party fonts, scripts or services loaded by our pages.

Host server logs

Like any website, our host (Hostinger) may keep technical server logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security and to keep the service running. We don’t use these logs to identify or profile you.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to official websites (auction houses, governments). Those sites have their own policies, and we aren’t responsible for them.

Changes

If we ever add a form, a newsletter or an analytics tool, this policy will be updated before it goes live. Non-essential cookies would be off by default, and we would only send email with your express consent.
